WRONG
People need to remember there is too factors which the CPS and crown will consider when prosecuting.
Does it have a REAL prospect of conviction so 75% plus is usually the guide and most importantly in this case
IS IT IN THE PUBLIC INTERST TO PROSECUTE?
I know the UK government policy this year stated that they will cut people who defend their homes some slack but this was a business you need to remember that. Of course I think that the guy got off lightly
My personal feeling is because of the public outcry this case will generate it will get thrown out of court 100%. Unless they want to discourage people taking law into their own hands again.
