Xbox One vs PS4

I'd be PC gaming all day long but the missus likes her house nice and tidy and I'm now too old to claim being a kid and living in a pit.

Surely pc gaming is more adult than console gaming?

No one can tell me Fifa, Battlefield, GTAV, Madden, Forza will be be better on a PC. Im getting those for the PS4 then I'm done.

PC games go down in price because for the majority they are not very good.

forza is only made for xbox so i doubt you'll be playing that on your PS4

They announced that there will be a service available in 2014 that will enable you to play ps3 games but not in the form of a disk

I've always been Xbox, and the new console does look good to be fair. But the downsides like price, non backward compatibility, and no trading games is really putting me off.

Since the PS4 is cheaper I may go for that. But Halo, Minecraft and Destiny are Xbox exclusive. Such a tough decision

Im not sure if its true but I heard the X box 1 is the new Dreamcast! Its 50% less powerful than the ps4 and Microsoft have done an ingenious job of working themselves out the market in all fairness. In terms of PR so far X Box have made their new machine about as an attractive proposition as putting your knackers in a George Foreman!

Fair does, it's just I would play PS3 games on a PS4 anyway, (GTA 5 and FIFA 14)

I thought destiny was on both Xbox & Sony?

I love my 360 but will be going back to Sony next gen. Mainly because of the used games issue Xbox have. Constant online doesn't bother me really. Probably wait a few months after launch for the price to come down a bit.

I will miss not playing dead rising 3 though looks amazing, and any further gears titles.

The thing that worries me is the fact that the new PS4 will be cheaper to buy off the shelf than the ChavBox. Traditionally the ChavBox got it's name from being the cheaper option and so attractive to chavs. Go in any Game or Game Station and you'll find the section that sells games for the ChavBox a bit smelly and well unclean.
What I fear now is come Xmas all the chav kids will want a new console from Buy as you View or a stolen one from Cash Convertors and their mothers who need to hold back some cash to buy fags will now go for the PlayStation. That in time will make that section of the Game shops smell of body oder and fags.

It's not that I'm a snob or anything but I just don't like head lice and nasty skin conditions.

xbox owner says stick with xbox 360 if you don't have internet he makes some good points though but most game fans like to get the new devices, confirms my switch to sony but will still use my xbox 360
