I know nev. He's a nice bloke, there was a fair bit of playing up to for the cameras. Good footballer as well think he played for Ton Pentre.

The Wire for me is second to Game of Thrones. HBO produce the best TV series easily.

Not really into fantasy, prefer gritty real life drama.

Been given Sons Of Anarchy series 1 to get started on.

Know a few people that know the bloke on it, he comes across as a prick but he's a nice man off camera.

To be fair as the show went on, he showed a different side to him than being a cringey show-off. He seemed a decent, generous fella.

The bald headed shift manager was the biggest prick on the show. Its how I would imagine someone like Waddle to behave.

I think it reflects the type of dullard you are if you watch shitty reality shows like this and the valleys , thanks for the mention though :thumbright:

The guy certainly appears to be a good bloke. But even the jacks have to admit that the entire staff could all be from the bar in Total Recall. :thumbup1:

Well, well, well. You took your time.

Busy down the soup kitchen this morning was it, Mush?

Or did you get stuck in the queue at the pharmacy?

Better than The Sopranos? Strong words indeed!!
Loved that show. The acting, the atmosphere etc. was pretty believable as well. I'll certainly try The Wire on your recommendation.

Sopranos has more humour and glamour but The Wire is gritty and keeps you wanting more.

I smashed six series of The Wire in about 3 weeks. Was watching 4 / 5 hours a night it gets you gripped.

Set in the projects in Baltimore.

Classy the way she covered her 'speruw' with leaves!

It's harmless no brainer television. Mario Polotelli is right about that bald headed shift manager. He seemed like a right tw*t. Clearly an arrogant, chauvinistic bully. Even his line manager was scared of him.

That Nev man seemed pretty tidy though. Obviously a bit of a handful if you're around him all the time but his heart is in the right place. I still don't agree with cold calling but personally I just use it as a chance to have some banter on the phone with them to waste their time... or tell them they've caught me taking a shit. That usually ends up with them hanging up on me!

One of the worst things I've ever seen. Caught the end of it last night. Horrible.

The only thing more boring than working in a call centre is watching people work in a call centre.

You've clearly never watched an England under 21 football match.

This company won 2 awards at the wales Fast Growth business awards at the Mecure Holland House in Cardiff last September. 4 of them including the Boss man got up on stage to accept the award and did the swim away whilst shouting Swansea.
I kid you not. Classy bunch!
