Rangnick steamed in from nowhere on Thursday - after his interview with Kenwright. He is the ex-Schalke manager - but took time off with stress after the Schalke board sold a few of his top players.

The number 1 choice for Everton fans is the Porto coach - Vitor Pereira. He's the fans favourate by quite a distance. He has been holding off from signing a new contract at Porto.

The three man shortlist is Martinez, Rangnick & Pereira. Malky isnt on it, so dont worry peeps.

It's not my intention to put the'frighteners on'. I'm as concerned as the next Cardiff fan over this saga. I honestly hope you're right about the three you mention there being on the short list, but for one or two reasons, I'm not counting any chickens yet.

No offence chappy, but knowing CityGent personally I know he wouldn't scaremonger in any shape or form. But on the other hand if he says something there must be a lot in it. Saying that he didn't say anything about Malky. I asked the question about will Malky be back in the frame. He didn't mention his name in his OP.

I'm honestly not bothered in the slightest by Everton - I was 2 weeks ago though to be fair...

I would be more concerned right now about Neil lennon seeking alternative employment this summer.
