All Cardiff fans welcome but you can't claim seniority after one year, then start making demands and rubbishing our history. there has to be a pecking order based on years put-in. Which is why i don't get the stick The Lone Gunman recieves, people like him kept the club alive.

Ah yes, but as a 'newbie' you are not part of it's 'tradition' are you??

Sorry, just making a cynical point based on the comments of one or two 'newbies' who are now trying to change the world as we once knew it!

However, I agree that being a relatively 'new' fan doesn't make anyone 'less' of a fan but one or two need to accept that if they had any 'real' knowledge they would appreciate that this club has actually never had it so good ;) :ayatollah:

I reckon we should all date our avatars with our first ever live game. That way all arguments can be decided by longest serving fan. ;)

It's not about that, fella but the reality is that there are fans who have been in it for the long-haul going way back to when there were a couple of thousand watching a poor team finish near the bottom in a very low division

Don't get that mixed up with the tired old 'age' thing, as that is bollocks! People cannot help when they were born (I'm sure we'd all like to be young again ;) ) but they can help what they get involved in and the reasons why they (often) only 'think' they understand the FULL facts

My whole point is that those who 'were there' have what used to called 'experience' and is why the vast majority of our long-serving fans are prepared (somewhat reluctantly, of course) to 'go along' with a change that, in the great scheme, of things has helped ensure that OUR CLUB has been put on a level footing and OUR CLUB are now in the Premier League

Cardiff City FC (maybe 1927 FA Cup win apart) have never had it so good and with that in mind I would suggest that on THIS particular subject the 'experience' of supporters from the Dark Ages actually counts for something when understanding exactly how far we have come in such a short time

Doesn't mean we don't WANT to stay BLUE but it DOES explain why MOST are (reluctantly) prepared to accept RED :ayatollah:

Some more reluctant than others
