What I don't understand is the people who are so called hardcore have stayed with the club though thick and thin. We have had court appearances, even chairman who take hundreds of pounds a month out of the club, but they still when to the game and didn't say anything. But now Tan as changed to red but has paid the bills, they decide its too much and don't go anymore.

I'am all for a protest to return to blue, but who was worst for the club overall ridsdale or tan?

But if you supported when hitler was in charge, you could live through stalin. People stuck by the club when the club was shit and chairman was ripping us off right left and centre. Having private helicopters to game, £300 fish tanks etc. but as soon the shirt changes to red they f**k off. You can't tell me these people haven't lived through worst supporting the bluebirds.

Ian has a supporter watching us run out in red I would agree. But to turn your back on the club over a colour after all we have been thought seem mad to me. I would rather wear blue every game and show him face to face that we are blue. If you walk away he has won in my eyes. Something I don't want to happen.

Sorry but it does not matter if a club has always been in the top flight or League 2 or non League. The Club still means as much to that fan. Especially the lower league ! More dedicated. We should not of just rolled over and embraced it. So wrong

This is the trouble with the pro-blue section you make the rules up as you go along to cover yourselves. The truth is the only real rebrand Martyrs are the TLG's & Bakedalaska who have given up their ST in protest.

Personally I am willing to wait until VT has stabilised the club before seeking a return of the blue kit. That's what we all should be doing especially if we have the clubs best interests at heart rather than our own selfish preferences.

I would agree that from a personal point of view I would never give my season ticket up and think doing so is bonkers.

However, I actually admire the 'few' who have had the guts to do so. It was a very brave decision and shows to me that it was done on principle rather than being part of a rabble who slag off everyone else for rolling over when they are just as guilty.

My position has always been I have a preference for blue but accept red because it is for the best interest of the club to have VT's input ATM.

Therefore I wear blue as a passive protest in the knowledge that one day it will return.

I will say it anyway. Us as Supporters do not deserve to say we are proud Bluebirds IMO. When Everton wanted to change there badge just slightly there fans went up in arms and then got there wish a backtrack and a apology.

We lost our whole identity but there was no up in arms there was not even a boycott of the Red but a total acceptance and embracement of the new kit. But there is now "a see the club is listening and consulting with the fans" Bullshit on what colour shorts we will wear !! Black, Red, A different shade of red, white, No the Club are playing our fans for fools and we jump straight in.

They can now officially say they consult the fans cant they

We haven't lost our identity though... All we've lost is the fact that our home kit has changed from blue to red. We're still known as Cardiff City FC. It's the same club, just a different colour and honestly who could care about a poxy colour?

As for the comparison between us and Everton, you might not realise but Everton actually have a different owner and chairman to us Just because it works in one club, doesn't mean it would work at Cardiff.

Everton haven't backtracked. The badge will stay the same next season. All Everton said is the fans will be consulted next season. our club said the same to us, but f**k all came of it. Lets wait to see what happens with Everton.

An argument I see logic with.

However just how far does this go. You might get to that point of stabilisation where you have passed the point of no return. I honestly felt that on Blue Tuesday which made my mind up. As supporters I felt we had passed over that line and a many mile more.

What I don't understand is. Why is it a brave decision to walk away when your club is under a serious attack? If yor are are under attack there is more reason to pull together and fight. Not just turn your back and be gone with it.
