The relegated sides usually have a few players worth having a look at.Kone for example.I honestly dont think Jamie Mackie is in that category.Championship player at best.

A good honest pro though it seems and would fit your agenda under Makay.But if that is going to be the calibre of your signings then I'll say goodbye now.

I agree. If we are just going out to buy hard workers with no quality, it's going to be a very very hard task to stay up. Few will be wishing Malky went to Everton come Christmas time because we will struggle with these types of signings.

Mackie has been associated with joining us in the last 3 transfer windows. It was not true then and I would be surprised if its true now

Yeah your right, but bothroyd was a one cap wonder, caulker will go on to captain england he is that good.
