Well there clearly is, if we are only averaging 23K max this season and then next season average 26K, thats 3K plastics. Plenty of room for plastics, just not as much room as swansea had!

Not really. You're forgetting that not many away fans came in any real numbers & that our away end will actually increase this summer.

Well obviously the away fans cant be considered plastic. Unless they are only coming to watch the mighty CCFC!

If we average any more than 22.5K Cardiff fans only (which we clearly will) they are plastic. There is plenty of room at the CCS for plastic fans & the more successful we are, the more room the club will make at the stadium for them. So your still wrong!

You're totally missing my point. The average attendance this season INCLUDES the away support, which most of the time was at least half empty.

So even though it was not a full attendance at most games, there were several games that were sell outs for CCFC supporters.. This doesn't necessarily mean that the stadium will be at capacity.

Added to the fact that the away end has to be extended this season, that leaves little/no room for any new supporters.

Not at all. Instead of giving out abuse, why not counter your statements with a simple explanation, or are you incapable of doing that?

You can't argue with facts - and I've dealt the facts to you. A number of HOME SELLOUTS (not including away crowds) plus an increase in the size of the away end (taking away home end capacity) means that there will be little/no room for any "plastic" fans next season.

Of course, IF the rumoured seating extensions go ahead, there will be a small number of extra seats for the home end crowd to enjoy.

There will be more Cardiff fans on average next season than last season simply because we are in the Prem. So those extra fans will be plastic.

A fan is a fan to me but this thread is about plastics. So even if there is 1 plastic fan next season, then there is in fact room for plastics. Why is this difficult!

Can you tell me HOW there will be more CCFC fans in a stadium that was a home sell out on a number of occasions last season & one that has actually seen its capacity been reduced, due to the increased away allocation.

The only way there will be extra CCFC fans is IF the seating expansion does go ahead. It is only rumoured at the minute.

Thus far, you have totally failed to back up your claims that I am wrong with any sort of figures etc. :D Which leads me to believe that you are struggling & instead going for the "throwing insults" method of defence.

Maybe you can explain Craig? Seeing you are insinuating agreement with the other poster.

How does he work out that there will be more CCFC fans this season, in a crowd which was already a home sellout a number of times last season, especially when that capacity is being reduced next season to allow more away fans in?

Its simple mathematics and easy enough to work out.

The ONLY way is with the rumoured seat extension, which hasn't been confirmed yet.

Does that automatically mean they are plastics? No.

Those tickets were picked up this season too. Daft claims that MORE will be in this season, with many home sellouts, that's physically impossible.

No, it just means new fans have an equal opportunity to go as more seasoned supporters and I am sure many will take advantage of the opportunity.

You still haven't answered. This topic was about extra "plastic" fans next season, not this season. Somebody is changing the goal posts to suit their view point..

My point is that because of a number of sell outs in the home end this season, means that there will be no/little room for newcomers.

Unless of course, you can magically fit more in.
