Neither of us knows what would happen, but to assume that we would close down, is wrong.

None of them have stepped forward so far, despite his desire to people to join with him in investing...

Given our history in the years before before June 2012, it is a extremely reasonable assumption.

He doesn't want any to invest now, as he is in sole control. He was going to IF we didn't agree to rebrand.

The whole point of the red is to attract major investment and support from the Asian area.

Do you actually believe that?!

It's quite obvious that this rebrand was because of one man's favourite colour & his love of make believe dragons.

Now this is the wrong assumption to make! Please find me evidence that he did it for those reasons. He may like red, he may like make believe dragons (would love to see a quote for that!)

Do you think a billionaire, savvy business such as Vincent Tan would make business decisions based on whims such as that?

Whilst I am sure VT cares for the club and enjoys being a part of it, this is about getting people to invest in his Premier League club asset and increase the value of the asset by giving it further success.

You say VT is so business savvy, why is there no actual business plan for this farcical rebrand then?

1. A man like VT would never invext £££s without a plan
2. Any investor worth his salt would never leak such information
3. In many ways you can see it through the Cardiff youth academies in Malaysia, the Cardiff City TV deal in Malaysia. Our presence over there is already slowly but surely increasing and Premier League football will do that mission a world of good.

You took that speech literally? He was trying to show how blue and red can work together in a very light hearted way.

Come on Chuckles, I am sure you are smarter than this.

It's a pretty basic thing to do, showing a business plan - especially when making controversial decisions such as the horrific rebrand.

Of course, Tan is totally sensible, talking about protective dragons and scared bluebirds. :laughing5:

Just because he hasnt shown you the plan chuckles, or anyone for that matter doesnt mean there isnt one. You are not the centre of the universe chuckles as much as you like to think you are.

When it comes to business who is clueless?
1. A self-made billionaire
2. Some nobody who names himself after a childrens tv character

He wouldn't have to divulge it, he would just have to confirm that one was in place. The fact he confirmed that one WASN'T in place proves that this was more of a whim than business sense.

VTs outbursts since have also added to the fact that it was most probably a whim.

VT says he is running us like a business. Do you honestly believe it was on a whim?
Come on now, if he was playing with us like Abramovich or Al Mubrak I would agree with the whim theory. The fact he refers to us as customers suggests otherwise.

wonder how many of you will all become turn coats if the impossible happened?

its the same hurt i felt when everyone sold their soul for a free scalf that horrible night.
