'Away following' in the loosest sense based om those 2nd season stats

Looking at your avatar (Trundle  ) confirms that (in comparison) your Dicks have always been bigger than our Dicks, Jack ;)

Trouble is, after a heavy season this year and a worse one to come next year, you'll be reaching out for the Viagra just to 'keep up' with us!

Going down (in more ways than one, eh?)  :ayatollah:

The problem is with Swnasea they don't have a natural base of support, I mean a true hardcore. They all support Liverpool and United on the side. Take that into account and the figures aren't so bad, plus the amount we bang on about them being a small club those figures are decent for a small club.

However I couldn't give a damn if we sell out every away game next season if we go down, it's all about what happens on the pitch.

Your club decided against taking more than 50% of the allocation in some games because they would have had to pay for the 2nd 50% in full whether they sold them or not had they done so and they obviously didn't think it was financially viable to do so as the demand was not there.

Correct. That's not to say we wouldn't have sold many more of those tickets of course but just that it was deemed not financially viable to take the risk of an extra 1,500 tickets at sometimes £50 a pop.

Seems perfectly sensible to me.

It would do because your a small club and can't sell many tickets, seems laughable to us though :laughing6: poor little old Swansea town

I think that we will get better away attendances than them for pretty much each game. I only say that because we are a bigger supported club compared to them.

The amount of press we get abroad is incredible. Spain, Germany, Holland, USA, S.Korea, Japan, Denmark, Sweden just for starters. We get quite a few visitors coming from these countries to watch us. f**k knows how they get tickets as its hard enough for the public over here to get an actual matchday ticket these days!

We didn't need to rebrand either to achieve it mush :laughing6:

Are you for real? Take a look at what I said, i.e. that we had better coverage 'as a whole' over the season than your Mickey Mouse Cup (your fans words not ours ;) ) winning team

This is the bit you need to consider seriously, Jack:

YOUR team have indeed played well in midfield and defence, whilst flattering to deceive. Your forward line (Michu apart BEFORE the final) had a stuttering season and once other teams (Bradford apart  ) had sussed him out he's had (let's be honest here) a quiet season since

Absolutely NO coincidence there and best get rid NOW if a reasonable offer comes in. He won't score 20 again next season, my feathered friend ;) :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Hmm great advice that. Looks like ML is going to ignore it though his plan is to play Michu in his best position and buy a striker or two. Crazy I know.

Well, only time will confirm but can you HONESTLY put your hand on your heart and say (a) your side haven't been on the slide since Wembley, and (b) Michu has been firing anything but blanks in recent weeks?

Accepting that you politely 'rolled over' for Sir Alex' final ManUre game at Old Trafford, do you really feel your club have 'performed' in recent weeks? If so, then I suggest you are deluding yourself...A LOT! :ayatollah:

Our intensity has dropped and at this elite level even a slight drop spells trouble, but we have only lost fairly to spurs, arsenal, united and chelsea since wembley and got robbed away at wba. Hardly a crisis, especially when you consider we sold our main striker in jan. With regards to michu 3 goals in 10 is clearly a drop but as I said we will buy at least two strikers in the summer to take the heat off him. And to complete my answer even if we had been on the slide since wembley and michu has been off form why would it worry me with regards next season?

The Obsessed jacks. Constantly on here - which is a, errrr, Cardiff City Forum. Its like they don't they have homes to go to. But it all makes sense when you consider their plight:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... Episode_1/

"Series following the lives of Swansea's homeless. The programme discovers if anything has changed in the city which boasts the highest number of homeless people in the country."

And aside from the BBC documentaries, you just cannot get a more embarrassing story than this about the place where you live:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-21098006

The football must be a distraction from their dire social and economic situation. No wonder their managers keep f*cking off. If the homeless dont get you then the measles will.
