For starters, it was not at an FA sanctioned event, so I hardly see what they could do about it.

Hudson on stage didn't swear at all. He used the words "Bad person" instead of "b*stard" - fair play to him.

When Tate did similar on their bus, I don't remember City fans crying about it online or in the papers, asking for the police.

It was a day of celebration, and lets face it, no offensive flags were displayed on live TV, the players joined in with the fans singing - so what?
