And the timing of it... despite dave's "I have a problem with Cardiff" at both games this season, suggests that he is bitter that the club succeeded without him and now he wants a slice of the pie.

Says that Ridsdale "verbally agreed" to pay Jones a £150,000 bonus for reaching the FA Cup Final!

Ridsdale "verbally agreed" that my season ticket money would be used to buy new players but it was used to pay the tax man.

Ridsdale also "verbally agreed" that Jimmy Floyd could have a new contract then went back on his word at great cost to the club.

Perhaps the club could join Mr Ridsdale as a party to the proceedings and sue him for gross incompetence during his time as chairman of the club?

Or perhaps the grumpy Scouse tw*t should pursue Ridsdale under the terms of the "verbal agreement". After all, he's another arsehole who made far too much money from our club.

However, moans will have to prove that was the case which I assume will mean Ridsdale giving evidence on his behalf.

Not sure what Ridsdale's own severence agreement was with VT but there could have been something included stopping Ridsdale from doing so?

Agreed - Let the court sort it ! For me , Dave Moans played a part in getting us where we are now along with the Riddler ! Neither will go down as City Icons but in certain aspects we make progress during their tutelage ! Get it sorted , one way or the other & move on I say !

I find it very difficult to believe that in thmodern day of agents and contracts etc Dave Jones claims it was a verbal agreement.

A verbal agreement with Peter Ridsdale. What could go wrong?

Dave jones did well for City with no money, and whilst he was with us I liked him (despite the moaning), however since leaving us he has shown himself to be a bitter fat useless prick.

I think he knows the majority of his claim fails and he just wants to cost us money in the Courts. c**t!
