Listen mate I am being realistic.
My cousins girlfriend cuts Gareths uncles hair and he told me that his uncle told his missus that Gareth would do anything to come and play for Cardiff. He is willing to take a pay cut and pay himself out of his contract at Spurs. He's a big fan of Malaysian culture too and counts Tan as a close and personal friend so much so that Tan is Gareths childs godfather.
