we certainly dont need another keeper... lewis is good enough for back up to marshall. i wouldnt waste money there.

right back definately, id like adam matthews back for that!

hudson, turner, connolly and if we sign barnett will give us 4 centre backs. taylor at left back.. i think we would need cover/competiton there.

a quality centre midfielder is essential.. i think we will use mutch and kim alot but they are young, i think we will need someone experienced and quailty in there.. another winger def. i think another striker, but not someone like le fondre etc... we have 2 foxes in the box in maynard and campbell.. we could do with a lambert type striker, a menance/handful and someone who can link up the play.

5 or 6 players max for me..

Generally agree about the positions and type of player we need.

Disagree we don't need a keeper, I think we need a better number two and Lewis can be third choice. I'd deffo want 3 keepers for the squad unless they think parish is good enough.

u might be right mate, but i dont really know enough about parish or lewis, but i still really dont believe we need another quality keeper.. when we had 2 good keepers in heaton, i believed it upset the form of each. since marshall has become the firm number 1 he has imo looked alot better and shown stability. to get another quality keeper i believe would cost 2 or 3 mil, money which can be spent elsewhere. plus remember there are going to be less games next season. less teams in prem league, not entering cups until later stages etc...

Maybe but god forbid lets say Marshall get an injury and out for months. Is Lewis a prem number one? Is parish a prem number two?

I've seen bits of Lewis and I'm not convinced, decent shot stopper but awful at any type of cross.
