I find it very strange bordering on unbelievable how sam hammam is hero worshipped by supporters on here but hate vincent tan ..... people need to go and see a specialist to see if theres a brain there honest to god .... one is a day dreamer and the other is a dream maker .... one nearly sent us into oblivion and the other is sending us to the premier league .... one wanted to change our name while the other mentioned it too ... one changed our badge the other one did too .... Vincent Tan has so far delivered on everything he promised with the exception of the 'debt to shares but I am confident he will do that as soon as he sees fit (and with the new financial regulations set to come in to play)

Hero and the Villain rite now, in years to come they both will become the bad guys such is the life of football fans opinions which will change once Tans gone but i think we all know that already as there no diffrent to eachother both lending money both wanting it back. Sam took us up the leagues on a debt of 30 odd million and now we have VT whos taken it all on only three times more debt.

Sam was a man who only talked about things. He never had the money to do anything that he planned. He brought debt on the club by doing so. Yeah there are similarities when it comes to their ideas but VT is the only one that has followed it through. Sam got the club as far as he could but instead of saying enough is enough I will cut my losses and leave he has been fighting to get the money that he has put in back. This is wrong, your plan fucked up yes you developed the club to as far as you could but when you walk away so should the money that you have put in. VT however has said that he will turn the debt in to equity when he gets the club to where he wants to be. I know the sceptics with us will say we havent seen no proof of this and this could all be words but why keep pumping money in to a club that if you palnned to leave you know that you are not getting a penny back is they go in to admin???? There is no comparison in my eyes Sam was a enthusiastic FAN with a small amount of money. VT Is am owner who is walking and well as talking !

Agree with that, just can't bring myself to respect the other viewpoint as i feel people are being disengeuous when claiming they're doing it just to save the club and not for some short term bout of reflective glory by hosting manu, liverpool.

I don't understand choosing 'the team' over our identity, when you break it down 'the team' are a group of short termist mercenaries, the real team that endures from father to son, neighbour to neighbour is the collective identity of the community, that is ours and unique to us. Without this, supporting Cardiff becomes a very empty, souless, depersonalised experience. As you can guess I still can't quite believe what has happened or even started to get over it.

We knew were Sam left us, why do you think you can forsee where VT will leave us...guessing you have a crystal ball? VT has promised to convert the debt to shares hasn't he? Has he left yet? Hasn't he said it won't heppen until Sam goes? Aren't Sam's cronies being accused of doing everything to not upset the premiership dream so Sam can get repaid? Unlike Bluebird1977 its great you don't let the rebrand cloud everything re your judgement of VT's time at the club so far.
