Seriously now - Can those people who are dissatsified with Malky please answer this:
What should he have done this year to save his job in your eyes? Tell us where he's gone wrong and what points total you think we should have had by now?

Lets see where we are after ten games and what sort of signings we have first before the season starts bearing in mind we need to go up yet, yes the football has been dire at times like lastnight at 1-0 up then sit back vs a side who are near the bottom only for them to score which most knew would happen but its been like that for a few months at times after taking 1-0 leads. This trick will not work Vs teams in the prem unless our style of play and are team to play it totally change. Who knows what sort of money VT will pump in to the team before next season, If by some miracle we stay up spending only 10-15million then we have achieved something if we spent much more Vt will expect more than an above the relegation zone finish, if Vt spends a near f**k all then what can the manager do bar work with what hes got. Untill it comes im not arsed as long as we focus on now and getting up while chanting the team on in every game

I'm glad a few people have come on here and responded because I read this thread yesterday after getting home and just could not believe the comments.
Someone has mentioned about people not lasting a day in Malky's shoes. I know we all probably work hard and may have very difficult, specialized, and high pressured jobs, but I don't know in what other industry a firm would be calling for the head of its leader when they are market leaders, and I don't know how you would be expected to be treated in your jobs. Yes it's football and yes you have a right to criticise, of course, but this is just wildy outlandish. Oh you had an average (that what a draw is?) day today Malky - here's your notice, your fired in 6 months.
Reading sack their manager in the prem for not doing good enough, so they buy another manager who has just been sacked in the prem for not doing good enough? Strange one isn't it really? Sign of what it actually available in the market?
Venky's employing 4 different managers in one season, and none of them getting it right. Suggests sacking the manager not always the answer, but it's what the fans / media/ public seem to want and have come to expect over the years. Blackburn excellent case study that it is far from always the answer!
People seem to want a new manager every 6 months if they are not winning champions league medals. That means you are constantly gambling on the new manager being a 'special one' who gives you instant gratification. All the turnover, all the months, all the instability, until someone gets it right. Alternatively you can give someone the chance to learn and build incrementally through support, patience and stability.
But nah he's usless inept tw*t fucckckckckckckckkkcck him cnut!!!!

I have been critical of him in the past especially with his treatment of Whitts and his tactics after we score. But this season it has worked wonders. How will he play it next season ? Well i don't know hopefully he is a canny fooker and i got a feeling he is. But he got us up so he deserves a chance in the Prem as long as we don't fook it up,

Malky sort it out!
Get a grip and grow a pair, mate
Malky has simple 'done a job' this season and will go get the players who will 'do a job' in the Premiership
