He should never have taken it into the ground in the first place but to shout about it on the Internet and put it on YouTube? Crazy. He deserves everything he gets, he'll almost certainly be getting some jail time (suspended if the judge is having a good day). Possible lifetime ban from City.

I'm afraid the Swansea magistrates set the precendence for this offence few months a go when jailing the 2 Chelsea fans for 28 days, whats more worrying for this lad is they were jailed for trying to get them into the ground, surely lighting and throwing them is even worse!! As far as the police are concerned, he's guilty by association I'm afraid. Don't expect them (or the court) to show any sympathy - remember Chelsea? Prison for just HOLDING a cone or SHOUTING or LOOKING aggressive.

I don't like to see anyone sent down for frivolous offences so I hope the courts finally show sense and let him off with just a short ban. But as its 'football related' I wouldn't hold my breathe.
