That's because they know it's a load of bollocks.

How can you despise other people who are just like you but happen to be another religion purely by accident of birth?

And religion doesn't even come into it for most of them. How many actually go to church?

Someone please explain to me why bigotry is totally acceptable to a Rangers or Celtic fan?
it opened my eyes didnt think it was that bad

Mate, bigotry is the whole reason the two clubs exist.

Anyway, I'm turning into a swivel eyed nutter myself on this topic so I'll leave it at that but it ain't big or clever.

Thank god Cardiff is Cardiff. Shit, mentioned god, does that make me a Ger or Celt?!

Hooligans v Prawn sarneys, sit downs v stand ups, Sam for Sam against, Ridsdale for Ridsdale against love the Trust hate the Trust, knuckle draggers V educated hoiks.New ground v old ground.

STUCK TOGETHER, OH YEH

Rangers And Celtic are two of the biggest clubs on the Planet.
Sadly for non Football Reason, they can claim the above title.

I do not particularly care for either club, however I do not appreciate fans standing up and chanting "Murderers Murderers" men and women who give their own time, freedom, and more than often Lives to protect ours.

That doesn't sit well with me.

There was once a great sketch on Rab C Nesbit.

Rab was talking about the Old Firm derby.

"Och, it's a great Scottish occasion. One side waves Northern Ireland flags while singing about a Dutch prince and wishing they were English while the other sings songs about a Polish pope in Italy while wishing they were Irish. Aye, a great Scottish occasion"
