Genuine question - Why if a colour means so much to you, do you want to support a team wearing blue, white and yellow ?

When in the 70's some idiot with no sense of the great history of our club introduced yellow into the shirt I was horrified - It was 70 years of history down the drain ! But as it was just a colour it didn't affect me supporting the team.

Now a group who claim that the current owner has thrown away 100 years of history are using the colour yellow - A colour that has nothing to do with our club.

The world's gone mad.

The yellow is the welsh daffodil! The yellow when used has always just been the trim of our blue shirts, nothing else! Some recent seasons we haven't used yellow at all, yellow was always our third colour behind the blue and white. Anyway, your example is a big difference to the main colour of our shirts changing to red and our Bluebird changing red (and eventually removed for good imo)! :(

It says at the top of the page all fans are welcome so you are saying because they hate the rebrand they have to leave but Jacks and every other fan can stay?,I say good luck to them if it softens the blow of the rebrand.

We have no intention of poaching fans from this or any other club we are simply offering an alternative for those unhappy with the rebrand.

I am looking forward to the time you have realized you have wasted a load of money and time , now why don't start throwing that money away on starting your own forum and stop plying your s**t on here ,this site is for real football supporters not attention seekers. :ayatollah:

The original poster didn't answer my question from earlier...

If Tan went back to playing in blue with a bluebird on the crest, and you had already started the new team, would you continue with the new club or fold it? If so , why...and if not, why not?

Seems wrong to me as a Cardiff fan, some supporters pretending that everything is zippedy doo da with Cardiff City despite the owner banning our beloved blue, demoting our bluebird and planning further changes! The new club will be more Cardiff City than the old IMO

Why would someone support both clubs? This new club is against the rebrand so by supporting both, you'll be saying you're against the rebrand but will support the real Cardiff City just because we're in the premier league and playing top teams?

They will never get the cash they need to get it going. Running a football club is expensive.

Re: CLARIFICATION OF FC BLUEBIRDS SITUATION

This is a ridiculous notion.

People saying they will support both? Jesus wept, the whole point of a new club was so that you had an alternative to Cardiff City not an extension. What is all your infatuation with the English leagues? Please tell me. You are so much better fans than all of us, some of you have even said you would support a blue Cardiff in non league football over a red Cardiff in the premier league but when it comes to the Welsh leagues most of you run a mile.

Unbelievable.
