In Coleman's defence, we don't exactly have a great pool of players and outside our best XI we have very little in terms of talent and even the starting XI isn't the best. I hold no vendetta against a manager because of his hometown or home club or whatever. I just want Wales to do well. I just can't see it with Coleman though. I've been willing to give him a chance but we will see. The next two games are pivotal for me in my judgment of him.

At the start the team were playing like a team devastated by the sudden suicide of their manager. Not sure how this can be placed at the door of coleman. Trust me, there was no glory in the thumping Speed led us to in Ireland or the thumping handed to us in Scotland or the defeat to Australia on our own patch,

Colemans Wales lost to Belgium, Mexico, Croatia, Serbia, and the only one that was winnable in my opinion which was an Edin Dzeko inspired Bosnia, but thems the breaks.

Speeds Wales were not all they were cracked up to be. As pointed out, he was only in charge for 10 games and after 7 games both managers have exactly the same record. We are never going to blow opposition off the park but we now have a team looking like they are fighting again winning 2 of the last 3.

More hope he fails than succeeds and to me that is a vendetta.

I can't bring myself to go to a single Wales game since Coleman took over. Hate his style of football and one win is woeful. Especially given the manner of our defeats.

Get him out, bring in Tony Pulis or Nigel Adkins.

Hate his style of football then put tony pulis name for next manager

Not just the Speeds start to the Welsh job - most of it.

Speed was only here for 10 games and after 7 of them both managers have the same record.

You lot are very quick to wish Coleman out yet forget that there is little alternative. Like it or not Coleman was the best man for the job, it was between him and Hartson, they won't touch Dutch Ray again. The FAW do not have a pot to piss in unfortunately.

So who would you replace him with. And why were you not calling for Speed to be sacked 3 games before the end of his reign?

Think what does annoy some fans (not just because he's a jack) is that we were playing so well at the end of Speed's reign, how did we end up becoming shit again? Why didn't he just stick with Speed's staff and keep his philosophy going? How long does Coleman have on his contract anyway?

Because the players and everyone connected were hugely affected by Speeds death. It's not a hard concept to grasp.

Coleman's philosophy is clearly different to Speeds. Shouldn't he have the right to pursue his own beliefs on how the team should be run?

We played well under speed for the last 3 games. We became shit again because our manager committed suicide.

When a new manager comes in it takes time to adapt. He didnt keep the staff on because they left. Coleman did keep speeds philosophy as per his interview after the defeat to Serbia "we have been trying to keep the philosophy under the last regime going and it's not working, this is the turning point and I'm going to have to do things my own way".... We have now won 2 out of the last 3.

The guys don't like him here coz he's a jack and probably didnt realise he's doing just as well as speed but with more difficult circumstances.

No it does not say it all

Speed RIP gave the Welsh fans hope for the future & was a Welsh legend

Im sorry & nothing against Coleman, he does not give me much confidence in the future of the international team when we have some terrific young players coming through the ranks

There was a huge difference, the games we lost under Speed we actually played decent. We deserve to lose in the games we do with Coleman.

Stop crying you pr*ck.

You think we played well when we got trounced to Scotland and Ireland? What about when we got beat by the Australians at home

We lost 2-1 and weren't that bad.

How you defend him is beyond me.

And them games were in a cup which is quite poor.

I'm not defending anyone. I'm making a clear observation that Coleman has exactly the same record speed did after 7 games. If you didnt want speed out 3 games before he committed suicide then there is no sense to be wanting Coleman out.

We lost 2-1 to the Aussies and we were terrible. Just as terrible when we got thrashed by both Scotland and Ireland under Speed.

Difference you could see Speed doing well.

But he didnt do well. After losing 5 of his first 7 games he won the next 3 then that was the end of his reign.

Coleman has guided us to win 2 out of our last 3 and in my opinion are favourites to make that 3 wins out of 4 by the weekend which is just as good as the period you claim Speed did well (last 4 games).

Beating Scotland is some achievement, we were lucky to win at home for god sake.

So Coleman guides Wales to beating Scotland and we were lucky, Speed sends us crashing to a 3-1 hammering there and you could see he was going to do well

Couldn't make it up.

Okay we will start again.

So far Coleman has EXACTLY the same record as Speed after 7 games. Speed only stayed on for another 3 and then that was that.

Coleman doesn't deserve a new contract, end of discussion.

Fair enough, you take losing 3-1 to Scotland as a hammering, what about 6-1 to Serbia under Coleman? Or was that a case of decisions not going our way?

Nope we got hammered to Serbia.

Not sure what that has to do with speeds record though.
