People go on about support, but a lot of clubs like Leeds, Derby etc have had a lot more success than us over the last 35 years. while Cardiff and south Wales contains a lot of glory hunters who have followed anyone but their home club.
If Cardiff can make a success of the prem, we could get 35/40 week in week out in a few years time as all the glory hunters start following City.
Enjoy league 1

Our game was a sunday game, would have sold out being on a saturday and don't forget we had'nt won in the seven games before we had played you! City away is poor and there ain't an excuse for it!

Baz we sold out the season we went down, and we haven't had nothing to play for one the other occasions but i do recall coming to Ninnian park in 84 and taking over the ground with 10,000 + and being allover the pitch at the end, but i think you was still in your nappies back then!![]()

Leeds, Forest etc have a lot of away games closer than us. We are down south and have to travel many more miles than the majority of away fans in our division. But I still think the main reason is the rebrand has had an effect on a lot of our die hards travelling away. I believe we would have taken around 3,000 to Sheffield if we wasn't rebranded.
I don't class the rebrand has an excuse for a poor away following,You are top of the league and on the verge of going into the Premiership and in my opinion if you don't do it this season you never will,so you should sell out all you away games no excuse!
