However, if Mr Tan wants to chip in with the petrol he's more than welcome too! :)

Get Mikey Gayle to check mate as he used to go to travel meetings down the stadium so you might be eligible.

I think if any fan is honest, they would admit it's stupid to turn down the opportunity to travel to Peterborough for a cheaper price. If I don't take up the offer, someone else will. The offer doesn't involve me having to wear red, so I will be quite happy to accept Tan's generosity and travel to Peterborough for £8. It doesn't change my opinion on him whatsoever with the rebrand mind. I will always hate Tan for doing what he's done to my local football club, helping us out financially for our trip to Peterborough is the least he can do for what he's putting us through.

I do worry there is a motive behind this, Tan wants to try and win fans over, his Peterborough gesture is yet another bribe to us, getting us to think he's a decent guy afterall. I can see right through him, I will travel for £8, but I will not change my opinion on him and will forever hate him. For those who say they will not be taking up the offer, you're either financially able to afford to turn Tan's offer down, or you're lying imo.

Spot on.

In fairness I believe he just wants a sell out crowd at Peterboro so we can urge the team on.

I don't think he is doing to win people over but wants big crowds to see the players on.

Yes, I believe Tan wants us to turn up in force and urge the team on at Peterborough to help us win. I think Tan thinks his gesture may firstly, win some fans over and secondly, help us get promoted. I was always going to Peterborough before Tan announced his gesture, but I think a lot of fans who couldn't initially afford to go will be gobbling up Tan's offer.

Nothing wrong with accepting a cheap offer.

Not a popular away game for some.

What travel expenses? The club are subsidising coach travel for our supporters, many of which will to have been to most games this season irrespective of what Mr. Tan does or does not do. I'm sure the majority will welcome a few quid off as it'll give them extra money for the next away trip, simple left wing minded questions do no one any favours. Either support the team you follow or f**k off and support Man U, Barcafuckinglona, TNS, Airbus or whoever. You have a choice as do those who travel on the coaches. You are either Cardiff City or you are not, it is that simple, it's not my club, your club or anyone elses club apart from the guy who holds the money box. Always has been, always will be, some have put money into the box, most have taken money out of the box, metaphorically speaking of course.
