For what it's worth, I don't think this rumour is true but if it is, who cares? We've had blue away kits several times previously.

It would be an obvious dig at us, just like the orange away kit. It's a bit obsessive.

That kit was chosen at the last minute as it had the most shirts available at short notice from Adidas following our promotion.

Our owners are against wearing blue; Swansea's owners aren't against wearing white.

There are no such thing really as home and away kits, it's more of a 1st choice 2nd choice 3rd choice kit nowadays.

If Swansea's 1st choice kit didn't clash with Cardiff's 1st choice kit, then that's what they'd use.

This may well be true.I wouldn't put it past them. Didn't Jenkins and Co. turn up at the League Chairman's meeting post our Blackpool play-off final wearing orange ties? Then orange and red away kits.Must be a great laugh around the boardroom table.

It's a hell of a coincidence their away kit is red and I have no doubt the fact they knew about us rebranding influenced their decision to have a red kit. Apparantly, they were talking about it for weeks on the Swansea forums before we saw that one and only post from that person revealing the news. I still wonder who that was!

I wouldn't take much notice of their red away kit. They said ages before the rebrand was announced that they would be having a 'Welsh styled' away kit, hence the green trim, it looks hideous but it has nothing to do with us being rebranded.

I've also said all season that if it looks like we are going to get promoted, they would have an alternative kit of blue, as sadly, they really are that small minded.
