But if the majority of fans want to support the changes, why can that not be accepted?
I think there is something inherently elitist in the way that you use the word "true fans" there, as if those of us who take a different view are not "true fans".

That's what this thread was about, because you say the majority,to me the ones who have accepted the red are the young generation (hence why the age question was asked),and the new fan who has never watched Cardiff city in any other division than the championship, meaning they have no real affinity to the club, making it easier to accept the colour change, could you ever see man united turning blue

I've supported Cardiff all my life, and that includes watching us in the 2 lower leagues.

Nothing personal, but would you be prepared to tell me your age,pm me if you'd prefer
Why? That seems pretty personal to me and you're not asking anyone else the same question.
Is it just because I'm not going with the majority on this mb?
the majority of red sell outs
Why am I selling out when that's my preference?
how you prefer Cardiff City to be playing in red rather than blue is beyond me, calling you a sell out is a vast understatement !!!! words fail me

The only reason most wore scarves was to try to win a season ticket. If they given out Blue scarves it would have been a sea of blue.
On reflection , I think all this proves is that everyone loves a freebie , as you say if it was blue scarves it would of been a sea of blue.
I've decided now to draw a line under the re brand now , I want blue but we are not atm , I just want to enjoy the rest of the season now , if I keep moaning about red it's not going to change. I will wear blue every game from now on and just enjoy the usual roller-coaster ride of Cardiff City the Bluebirds
If you do nothing, then things definitely will not change. If you do something, then their is a chance it may. The longer we stay in red and do nothing then the more likely it is that we will see the end of the Bluebird, red seats in the stadium, a change of name etc. The change of colour was just the beginning.
It's as simple as that.

I fully understand what you're saying, as some of my closest friends feel the same - I just can't feel it myself.
I see this as the dawn of something massive in our history, and am genuinely excited about it, and am just concerned that if these protests come about, they could destabilise the team and mess up what should be our promotion season.
It all comes down I suppose to whether or not you trust VT and I am a massive fan of his.

Yes a massive part in our history, something I ve waited over 30 years for (to see Cardiff city to play premiership football),guess what I feel nothing, the rebrand has taken the buzz away for me,as for tan, he's the same as every other chairman we ve had,in it purely for the money nothing more nothing less, and believe me when he thinks he can make enough money out of us,he ll be gone
