no mate, if it was true it would be classified as racism, as racism is considered the collective discrimination of an identifiable group of people. So if you spout anti-welsh or anti-english it would be classed as racism, same as if you targeted black people.

No, if it was true - it would be called xenophobia.
Discrimination about a group of people isn't automatically racism; it's only racism if its about that groups race.

But that doesnt make sense, our nationality is welsh ( bar a few fans) and our race is White (again bar a few).
I still don't understand how it's racism, could you please post a link of where it says it's law?

It's not racism. Its not anything at all!
If it were something, which it isn't, it would be xenophobic (discriminatory because of where someone comes from).

That actually makes sense, now if they started singing "you White bastards" at us, (which would look stupid) then that would definitely be racist.
