You really couldn't make it up. The pub should have a meaningful name and be covered in ccfc memorabilia. It has neither I believe.
Justin, I would recommend you find out the facts before you make comments like you just have![]()
see my post above but I will say again, it has absolutely nothing to do with the management of the pub why they will not sell alcohol to just drinkers on match days, their hands are tied to only sell alcohol to diners issued by the licensing people, (totally out of the pubs hands).
As for the name of the pub, although I agree with you, it is NOT owned by Cardiff City or even anybody from Cardiff so why should the name have anything to do with the football club and have CCFC memorabilia in there? Also by saying at the end of your statement, "I believe", tells me that you have never been in there and just going on what some people have told you.
I'm not having a go at you mate but you really should find out the facts before making statements like you have. If you don't like the offer then quite simply, don't go there!
Rant over
i take it you are running the place are you tenerife? your right i havent been there so maybe i shouldnt have judged like you say. Not the sort of pub i would usually go for 2bh. The breakfast deal is good mind, they do a simillar one in whichurch that i frequent. Its not whoever is running the pubs fault how it is, just amazed that a pub a stone's throw from the stadium has nothing to do with the club, i dont mean overkill so no-one goes there the rest of the week like the ninian, just a theme to it. Only in this shambolic country could such a situation occur mind. Like you say its hard enough for most pubs these days, cant rely on the odd event (when was our last home game anyway?) so have to be realistic and broaden ones horizons.

No mate I don't run it. Perhaps I was a bit abrupt with you and for that I apologise but I was correct in my thoughts that you have never been there![]()
