So motm against the jocks and a screamer in the u21s makes you world class does it 4 eyes?

Love Rambo and I hope he can get back to the level he was performing at before so he can fulfil his potential.

I think it's mainly down to his confidence which I can't see improving any time soon because he needs a good run of games in centre midfield, and at the moment he's behind Wilshere, Cazorla, Arteta and Diaby in the pecking order. Playing him out on the wing is not going to do his confidence any good what so ever the more and more average or below average games he plays, the worst his confidence is going to get.

I watched the Arsenal vs West Ham game a couple of weeks back and Rambo played the deeper role of the 3 centre midfielders and he bossed the game constantly offering for the ball and setting up attacks, since then I think he's came off the bench for about 10 minutes and yesterday back out on the left wing.

Fingers crossed he can get his confidence back because I think he can become a very good premiership midfielder.

So motm against the jocks not just motm...took them apart and a screamer in the u21s makes you world class does it 4 eyes?

Did I say world class??? I said fantastic player before he broke his leg. I used a few examples to back it up and stand by them...plus there are lots more examples that I can't recall. He was a class act but sadly hasn't recaptured that form. If you choose not to see it for whatever reason that's up to you but it doesn't alter the fact that he was a fantastic young player. :ayatollah:

Yes he was and is a good young player, ive acknowledged that and as ex city I eish him well

The debate here, where the rose tinted specs comment come into play, was wether he is potentially world class and im sorry but I dont think he is.

Will never be world class, just misses that yard of pace, aggression and arrogance.

I think he needs to find a role in a team.
Could easily be an Arteta type player if he works at it.
