Agree.

Agree.
Play Noone at home for trickery etc. to attack teams.
Away play Kimbo to hold the ball and add composure.
It's worked so far, why would we change it now?

Kim's vision is brilliant

You're attempt of trying to back up your arguement is poor.

I like Noone but his type of game depends on team and the pitch.
Kim deserved his start IMO and think he is a great asset.

Spot on, if we weren't forced in to early changes I thought we had brought Noone on.

Completely agree.
Noone plays well at home because of the pitch IMO.
Kim is a quality player.

typical of the modern fan these days, if a player is not flashy all tricks and running non stop then they get unnoticed, no1 appreciates the technical players these days, eg berbatov just constantly called lazy by fans but he just oozes class vision and his touches are outstanding, give me a player like that any day

Think the topic died about here.
I watched Kim yesterday, he is brilliant. And getting better. He seems to have figured how
to stop being shoved off the ball now and looks the part. We have some total weapons posting
on this board we really do

Ater all said and done Bellamy should have won it for us .Helguson was way of the pace, perhaps Malky thought he could do what Kevin Phillips did for Palace ?

Nonsense. Kim was man of the match against Blackpool and he was probably our best player at Huddersfield yesterday in the first half (it was between Kim and Smith as our best first half performer imo), before he unfortunately had to go off (hope it's just a precaution and not a bad injury). Kim was absolutely everywhere yesterday, tracking back, getting forward, running from one side of the pitch to another to win the ball, receive the ball, defend, attack, create and make things happen. Seriously, I wonder if some fans watch the same game at times!

Totally agree re: the First Half. He's good at sort of crabbing his legs out to protect the
ball, looks ungainly but very effective. Hard to knock off it. Id say he's one of the only
lads we've got who is really comfortable on the ball when he's being closed down. He has
a brilliant touch on him, and great vision. If you had to choose either KimBo or Noone to
play EVERY match out wide, for consistency, it would HAVE to be the old Alsation scoffer!!!

To get the best out of Kim, you need to play him in the centre.

Maybe if we played 3 in there but not in a 2. Not for me.

Agree. Maybe in another 12 months? But still finding his feet in my eyes. He has
come on leaps and bounds though and I think is one of only a handful of the
current squad who will hack the Premiership. He will have more room up there
and I have a sneaking suspicion that he can be a roaring success!!

Kim is a Premiership player because like Tommy Smith, he rarely gives the ball away. Our sticky spell this season performance wise was when Kim was not involved as he was still adjusting to his new surroundings and Smith was out injured. Since Smith and Kim have come into a team regularly, I think we have seen a massive difference, simply because we are keeping the ball a lot better and are controlling games. Gone are the days we are lumping the ball up to Helguson and Rudy, we don't need to now as we have class footballers in our midfield. Even an under performing Whittingham is still contributing with his passing ability and teams struggle to get the ball off us now.
Kim is a tremendous footballer with a phenominal engine. He is also deceptively strong, no matter how quickly he is closed down, Kim manages to find a way out to retain possession. Kim has taken a little time to adjust, but we are starting to see how good he is now, he is constantly improving and the best is still yet to come.
