SHE refused to answer FORTY-EIGHT out of 49 questions about her daughters disappearance.
What kind of parent would do that? You'd grasp at any straw, answer any questions... Pair of
cunts killed her i reckon.

As for the low-life who killed little April. It wasnt that long ago some wishy-washy liberal
knobheads on this site were all "ooooo innocent until proven guilty" on the fucker!!

I'd torture the fucker, then when they do find her little body. Stick HIM there with multiple
bullet holes in his head

One of the things that made me think that she was instantly guilty was the fact that not long after the incident took place, when giving her talk to the press, she cared more about her make up and appearance than the actual point of the speech. This to me, although may come across trivial to others just seemed odd. Who in their right mind would give two hoots about how they looked at a time when their child had just been abducted? It would be one of the last things on my mind. Very weird. :?

I have always thought they were guilty since then personally but that is just me, others will have their own opinion.

Loads of questions to be answered there.

I found it rather strange nothing really got mentioned about them leaving them alone, thats what i dont get if it was two dole wallas from leeds they would have been marched to the courts and sent down then charged at some point, even the media was giving it large for the pair of oddballs yet dont mentioned they left there kids LONE to go out on the lash ffs

I certainly hope very few of you get the opportunity to sit on a jury.

Why is that? If I was put on a jury I would not base my verdict on my own opinion, but on the
facts presented to me. But they will never stand trial for Maddys death/disappearance anyway.

So conjecture is all we have.

As a parent myself, i believe the behaviour of BOTH McCanns in relation to the disappearance of their
daughter is beyond odd!

They made a call that will haunt them forever.....it doesn't make them killers.

You being a parent does not make you an expert.

I find unless you have the facts then it's wise to keep your opinions to yourself.

You wouldn't go by opinion in a court room but you will on a mb and slate them?

My opinion is a valid one. Why do you think they left THREE children alone in an Apartment
to go on the beer? Mistake? do me a favour that is gross negligence at the very very least which
would mean they are criminally complicit with whatever happened to that poor little girl. I'd jail
the pair of cunts on that evidence alone.

Imagine going to your apartment and finding your kid missing. Would you

A) shout from the balcony as loud as you can that Maddie is not there.

or

B) Calmly walk back down to the bar and tell hubby "oops, we've lost one"

You believe the McCanns. I don't.

Not sure if they killed her or not but they are definitely responsible for her dissapearance in terms of leaving her alone am I right in saying that the hotel also provided a babysitting service?

One thing I did not get about the Mccans and it's something that I question to this day is why they were so flippant and obnoxious to the Portuguese police? From day one they looked down their noses at them, the very people who were looking for THEIR daughter. They called in for the British police straight away.

Now they are baffled why the Portuguese police won't reopen the case, it was their attitude.

You are 100% right on that account. They said that the reason they didn't leave her on the day of her disappearance was that they didn't want to leave her with strangers. Yet, the days before that night they perfectly fine leaving the children with the babysitter service. Very strange.

Not only that but it was in a foreign country.

https://www.gov.uk/law-on-leaving-your-child-home-alone

The law says that parents can be prosecuted if they leave a child unsupervised ‘in a manner likely to cause unnecessary suffering or injury to health’.

From the gurardian
Last year, a mother who left her son of 14 looking after his three-year-old brother while she popped to the shops for half an hour got a police caution for cruelty, and in 2010 social services threatened to intervene with the parents of an eight-year-old and five-year-old who allowed their children to cycle a mile to school unaccompanied

Wonder why they haven't had a charge then, is it because 1. a foreign country or 2. wealth/status.

One question i want to know, how did the person get into the apartment, can't remember if it said, was there any signs of break in?

This is a disturbing case.Poor child.
One of the Portuguese police published a book on the ins and outs which (to say the least)cast serious doubts on the McCanns story. This was injuncted and not published in the UK although it could be read on Wikileaks. I think they later sued him and won some money.
What the UK press will not tell you is that Mr Mcann is well connected in the Labour Party and I believe at one point stood as a candidate in a general election. It's pretty clear that the Mcanns had the full backing of Gordon Brown and the state apparatus in pressurising the Portuguese authorities at the time.
There have been as yet unfounded allegations that the children were given sedatives(both parents doctors)to send them off to sleep whilst the parents went off for the evening and something went wrong.Whatever the truth the haunted look on that woman's face is striking.
