Everyone should have internet access regardless of their financial status as its a great tool to not only find and apply for jobs but also educate yourself. People can pay a low monthly fee to do that rather than going on a course that costs hundreds and may not suit their learning style. If you were after a bite then you've got it, congratulations.

People on this thread have provided fair reasons haven't they? Why they need to justify themselves to some troll is another matter. Living abroad, living further away, work, exams, travel expenses there is an array of perfectly justified reasons why someone could not attend.
