'Eject Swans and Bluebirds from English leagues - Rangers

I honestly think Rangers would have a hard time getting out of the Championship.

Especially as they are languishing in the Scottish Third division

The reason us and Swansea are being brought into it is because we're obviously not English, so their argument is that if clubs in Wales can enter the English system, why can't Rangers? I know Rangers got themselves in that mess, but it would be class if Celtic/Rangers joined us, I'm sure most fans in England would agree.

They spent millions and millions on trying to compete in europe, and now its come back to bite them on the arse, they now want a piece of the english pyramid pie. Welsh Clubs joined "A league" many years ago. there were no 'cross-border' rules
at that time, and Scottish Clubs were offered the opportunity back then. So tough

Would be interesting with a British league. Might need another few levels but it would be interesting to see a Scottish prem team playing a conference team. Crowds would probably be the same though.
The distance thing which is often brought up when teams travel is actually smaller than some other teams travel in other country's.

It isn't actually the English league.

It was initially a northern league but then in the interest of competition a southern league was also created, this included the welsh teams. It was then thought that if the leagues were combined then it would make for an even better competition, this was then called the "football league" not the English league as the myth would have it.

We are there because we always have been there, by invitation. By allowing rangers in, you may as well allow Real Madrid.
