I think everyone with some level of political sense knew they would happen. The public sector in Wales has ballooned since the introduction of the WAG and we are all paying for it by them slicing off the money from either Westminister or Europe before its past down to the local councils.

Give them tax rasing powers and we be fucked IMO. Not one of them has ever run a business yet they seem to think that they know whats wrong with the Welsh Ecomony!!!!
Says the bloke who sold his business and didn't get paid for it. Then spent months chasing them in court whilst constantly asking for advice of the regulars on a football / lads message board.
You're a funny fucker, fair play.
Sorry but people chasing people for monies on a whole range of things so what your point is....?

My point being that your business acumen is hardly up there with Branson and Sugar.
Although I do think I've seen a few twitter posts from from the Sugar begging for legal advice?
Oh hang on, I haven't.

There are Farmers, business managers, Firemen, Assembly line workers, Surveyors
Mining engineers... a rich mix indeed. Many of whom 'ran' businesses.
It means f**k all. YOU allegedly run your own business. Who would believe a word
you say?
Politicians in Britain (not just Wales) are self-serving egotistic tossers whose only

Most of the younger politician have never had a proper job, they've been a MPs, clerk or assistants straight from university this is particulary true of Labour.
To be a MP you should have held a proper job or run a business for several years, thats why so many of them are out of touch with us.
Anyway Guy Fawkes is my hero he had the right idea.

Yeah you right it isn't but I'm 'probably' on more than you so I must be doing something right. I know that there are legal people on this forum who have given me fantastic 'free' advice and I am very grateful for. However surely I'm sure both Branson and Sugar would agree that advice is much better being free than paying for it especially if its the right advice.
However your point is getting away from my point of no business people in the leading group at the WAG making the decisions on our behalf especially as many of themhave gone through the Union system so from an early age they are already anti-business.

"but I'm probably more money than you..." Great start there, it doesn't bother me if you are. Funny you mention it mind.
Do you think the elected politicians in WAG don't consult with business consultancies, leaders, business schools etc?
Are you that blinkered. Perhaps someone should put them contact with you so you can offer your expertise?
I'll assume after your last visit to court you know very little about contract and tenancy laws.
Like I said (unintentionally) you're a funny fucker.

So let's get this right...
You were fined, incurrred court costs and had to pay a victim surcharge (£4000 in total), in a criminal crown court, by a Judge, through no fault of your own, whilst the real culprits of criminal damage get off with no repercussions?
Let's start a campaign to prove your innocence!

Only problem being your accusations against the tenants are bollocks.
You need a psychiatrist handsome.
You're being hilarious now.

Yer , but there again this so called Welsh government as you put it, is nothing more than an off shoot from Westminster Remember they are still answerable to the head of there part in which this case is Labour and they are more concerned with english politics than Welsh.

Bollocks hey but you know everything the case 'apprantly'..? So how come you didn't know that...? If that is true then why did the tenants admit it all themselves in their statement then..? You know nothing about the case believe me.

As far as I am concerned the WAG need to address the balance between the size of the public sector compared to the private sector, I saw that admiral have done exceedingly well since basing themselves here, why aren't they doing more of that? Or did the LG scandal put a stop to that policy.

Why aren't more people taking notice of this when he is 100% spot on? All I can guess is that people know he is right and have no comeback. Independence for Wales would be disastrous short term. Long term it could be fixed and everything may be okay but by then it may all be too late.

Was the damage intentional? Why wasn't it mentioned in the reporting or does this damage only exist in your head? Strange you didn't use it in your defence or did you?
What's the damage again?
Let's go back to the beginning.
Did you issue either an appropriate legal notice giving the tenants the legal minimum time to leave?
Bearing mind its you who ended up in Crown, we both know you didn't. Funnily why did it end up in Crown. These matters are usually dealt with in Magistrates. Was your criminal behaviour that serious?
Stunning business and legal practice so far!
