My seats are black as well! I put my status down as professional and I am able to offer just over £500 per week for a player on key squad member status, so obviously I am doing better than you because I'm able to attract better players. I broke the bank to sign Nicky Travis on a free and he's been my best signing by a mile, but he's on £550 a week. Tell me what positions you are looking to strengthen and I will try to help.

Try Billy Tsovolos, Jordan Tabor, James Holden, Curtis Wynter, Henry McStay and Tom Moncur.

Bought it off steam xmas day cheap as a good deal was on not played it yet though as not had time. Some city fan set up a game so we can all play at same time. i'll go some to-bit team

im waiting for my to be delievered. give me a week or two to create my working tactic and get used to some players and im game for a cardiff game to be set up. we should all go some non league team. to get promoted

Gunnarson ended up being my captain in the prem with Ledley (!) as my vice-captain after I got him on a free from Celtic

Reading wanted to buy Gunnar off me for just over £2m. f**k that I said, kept him and I'm 3rd in mid November

The biggest boost for me in my game was Everton getting relegated, I managed to get jelavic for £5 million off them. He single handedly dragged me from the bottom five in my first prem season up to about eighth. I signed Baltotelli on loan in my 3rdm prem season but he got injured on his debut so i had to send him back : (

I had Smalling on loan for two seasons too.

I abandoned Maynard to the reserves and signed Ji Dong Won from Sunderland instead

The kids are rubbish.

There's a few that might make it in the champ in a few seasons time but apart from Ralls they aren't realy worth looking at.

The finances are an absolute mess by the end o the season and the board asked me to sell players in January (I didn't).

If you don't get promoted first year I can see year two but no fun whatsoever.

Aaramore could you post some screenshots of your tactic etc please? I keep leaking goals and it is making me go mad! Always linger mid table! I'm shocking this year!!

You get bout a million to spend if you aim for title race but to be honest you only really need to add a couple of players. I normally get a right and left back and a CAM. Then get a few loans if needs be. With the team you already have you will pretty much storm the league

Who you got as your goalkeeper? Not a lot to seperate Marshall or Lewis

Ive kept Marshall the entire time. Always does a decent job specially if you have a solid defence in front of him. Turner turns into an absolute beast in the premier league. In my first season he had the highest average rating than any other player in the league

CJ, what tactic do you use? Shouts etc? What players do you normally bring in? I got Danny Wilson on loan from Liverpool yesterday! He's pretty good alongside turner or Conolly! I still seem to leak goals and my strikers never really score much!

i play 4-2-3-1 and have it as control with pass to feet on. Works quite well but you need a decent CAM. But in the championship I'm sure I just kept it as 4-4-2 at home. With the wingers pushed further up.

I need some help. Downloaded the editor and mad Cardiff blue again, changed the shirt colours and all that, yet when I play a match we still play in red. Anyone know why?

I've done that, all my other changes worked, just seat colour in the stadium and shirt colour that didn't change.

I changed Swansea's nickname to The Jack Bastards and that worked. Played them in the cup and it was billed as "Bluebirds vs The Jack Bastards"

cheers lads, i made the purchase the other day. waiting on it to be delievered. usually, i keep the kids in older versions to loan out for a few years, then when they get 24. if their not good enough i sell of a bit of cash, usually comes in handy for a loan or some wage. whats whitts stats like. surely he'd be perfect for the CAM role. give him the free role, to roam behind the striker. his passing, creativity, vision, and team work should be high enough for the role

What are you guys using for style of play? I normally use attacking but it wasnt working for my team so I switched to balanced and I'm still not convinced!
