Football clubs other than Cardiff you admire

I have always admired WBA for some reason even thou I have no links with the club at all and the reason are as follows
1 As a youngster always liked their kit
2 Always enjoyed games at WBA and like their stadium
3 Smallish Club who seem to do things correctly
4 Always found their fans a good bunch

what clubs if any do you admire even thou you don't support them?

As a kid in a street that had 2 football teams Bideford Celts and Rovers ( Llanrumney ) we all had a 2nd Team, in the 70s ,most kids did, not right I know but mine was Tottenham

Team I admire is Liverpool. My Grandfather doesn't support them but he has always admired them, I guess that's where I get it from.
But generally I admire how the club never seems to give up on anything and there is so much pride involved in their supporters and the club. Their history is huge and they have long been one of the most successful clubs in English football alongside Manchester United.

Another team I have always admired too is Real Madrid. I've always seemed to like them since my Auntie and Uncle brought me back a Real Madrid jersey with 'Figo' on the back!
It was the first football shirt I ever had bought for me. I was about seven years old at the time!

AC Milan have family in Italy

Afc wimbledon, would love to see them Get above MK Dons in the football league at some point...

And MK Dons is the worst away trip iv ever been on, even though we won 1-0, pissed down with rain in a hockey stadium with no roof, gary croft scored the winner with what can only be described as a cross that went in! The only good part about the day and i happened to be at the burger van at the time didnt even see the goal!

I know this won't be a popular answer but Wigan. I respect the way Dave Whelan has run that club and still delivered success. I respect those fans that turn up week in, week out even though they live in a rugby town and there's not that many of them and I respect how their players fight to survive in the Premier League every season.

Only club in Britain I admire are Cardiff City. The rest of them can sod off. Rubbish fans, rubbish clubs, crap managers and crap teams. Malky is the best manager, Hudson should be captain of England, Marshall is better than Joe Hart and Helguson is a beast that would tear England a new one.

I don't know how any true Cardiff supporter can admire another British team after all the shit we've got over apparently selling out and the 'you shouldn't even being playing in England' nonsense. When we do well their real sides all come out. They hate us with a passion proven by a poll showing we are one of the most hated clubs in Britain. Well the feeling is mutual.

They are a proper club pal and if you think otherwise you need a football education . Wouldn't have their fans settling for the team playing in red that is for sure.

Always had a soft spot for Everton when I was younger. The last game I went too was Vilareal away in the Champions League and there were a few city fans out there too!!! You know who you are

I could have told you that a few days ago. He had an opinion about modern day football yet was born in a year were the Premier League was already in place so don't know any different!!!

Pains me to say it but I admire the Jacks for what thryve done last 5 years. Remarkable really.

Also admire Everton. Proper football club, stadium and manager.

Enjoy watching Spurs play last few years.

Man City. Been living in Manc for the last 6 years now, always had allot of respect to their fans. They've been through the lower leagues just like ourselves and always seems to be proper football fans compared to their Trafford plastic neighbours.

ARBROATH

Rochdale, my grandad's from there always loved them. First Dale game was an away at the Wretch, 89th minute equaliser we went mental. Gone to at least a couple of games every season, one home one away at least.

Was at Rochdale the day after our win at Blackburn as my mate was playing for Exeter, thought it was ok but the locals seemed a little weird!

You're not wrong there, the place is a shithole full of weirdos My grandad moved down to South Wales back in the 70's and said Rochdale has never been a nice place, but it's his hometown and home is home at the end of the day. Exactly how I feel about Bridgend.

Tottenham Hotspur - Because they got Gareth Bale
Wrexham and Bangor - Because I have met Loads from both Clubs when i go away with Wales

Everton.. All my mates supported liverpoo as I was growing up thro the eighties so i decided to support there rivals!, been to goodison couple times always a great atmosphere a very proud fans and a club run properly..

David Moyes - Everton! The players he's signed, developed and the way he's managed this team deserves full credit!

Elgin City ended up there on fm few years ago, been following them ever since
Droyslden - same as above
Arsenal - always though the way arsene run the club, with signing kids cheaply. then selling them off for millions.
Everton - how moyes always seems to sell off key players, replace them and do even better

I admire a few for various reasons.

The main one is my local team called Brisbane Roar FC. The name is gay but the stadium is amazing. You can even drink beer in your seats and watch the game. I travel home and away with them as I can only get to watch Cardiff City once or twice a year as Sloper Road is a f**k of a long bus trip from Brizzie.

Arsenal - I used to shag a gooner girl and went to a few games with her when I lived in London. Got chinned by a yid once when it kicked off. He was confused with my Cardiffian response to say the least. I f*cking hated Spurs ever since.

Cambridge United - worked in the Print press there for a while and went to a few games for the crack and the bacon butties INCLUDING the Rorke's Drift 0-0 8 men saved penalty madness. I remember some wannabe Soul Crew accidentally tring to start on me and a few of my mates in town. They were confused with my response also. Muppets.

Fulham - I used to live in London and went to Fulham a few times a season. Always in the away end. Remember approaching the grimbsby lads with my mate to ask the serious question "where the f**k exactly is Grimbsby"

I respect Man United for sticking with Fergie and bringing through players over the years. Hate Liverpool.

I also like Shalke 04 and Besiktas due to Turkish and German mates of mine from the past.

Nothing though will ever come close to the mighty mighty Blluebirds. I f*cking loves them I does.
