we are in real danger of losing a real talented youngster for whom we can develop, be it by sub appearances or whatever, i understand we have a quality midfield but it would be a shame if he left because there was no room....

Adam Matthews probably would have stayed if we gave him more game time, and so forth...

Ralls has had game time and involved with first team training, it's no problem.

A loan stint won't hurt him.

I agree that Joe Ralls going out on Loan is the best move for both parties.

He needs game time in his natural central midfield position and in time, I could see him becoming the cross between Whitts and McPhail that Malky wants to sit in front of the back 4, control the game and spray passes around.

Send him to Coventry or Tranmere for 3 months and have him back for the April fixtures to end the season.
