And at the end of the day, what was said from the start was VT would convert the debt to equity only when the deal with Langstons had been completed, now unless I'm mistaken, and I was speaking to Sam today, and he hasn't said different, this settlement with Langston is no closer now than it was back then, so how has VT gone back on his word.
