Our family ancestry traces back to Wales so we decided to choose a Welsh team. And after comparing Swansea and Cardiff City it was obvious who we should root for. Is there any advice any of you have on what we have gotten ourselves into or ideas on how best to follow the club or any traditions we need to know?

What a poor choice but there again you septic tanks not the brightest and enjoy a Franchise , so yes for popcorn and malaysian flag waving in the Kula Lumpa bowl will make you feel home from home. Your family ancestry your probably find were Irish but just couldnt swim.

And I know you are Welsh and not English How do you describe the football league you play in? Is there a name for the Premier League and Champions League and the other divisions all together or do you just base it off of what league you're in at the time? Also, if I am going to buy my son a jersey should I buy him a red one or blue?

Red and make sure its got Malaysia smashed across the front , i note they tell you they are a Welsh Club, dont forget your malaysian flag ----- and remember your now supporting a malaysian franchise , you missed out on Cardiff City they died a few years back.

jereme wrote:Lots of good info in here fellas. And thanks for all the youtube links, it's nice to be able to see some of the team's history. All of the Premier League games are on here in the states but none of the Championship games, so I haven't been able to actually watch the team play. I am strongly considering getting the Cardiff City Player so I can at least watch the full games afterwards.

Save your dollars. Don't listen and watch that franchise drivel your think your in Malaysia

Yeah Jereme in my opinion it is a really bad time to start supporting Cardiff City. I don't know what Cardiff is anymore, I think my club just disappeared a few years ago.
