Ramsey gave the ball away which gave Senegal thenportunoty to attack which they did astutely and concisely. You are speculating, being the key word, that the defenders could have done better. Yet the only fact we know is it was Ramseys error which gave them the attack.

Case dismissed.

As suspected you can't answer. You even think the defenders cod have done nothing to stop the goal
I've said it before you know nothIng about football.

Going to answer the my specific question then? Or you just up for starting groundhog day?

There was no question to answer.

If the defenders could have done anything to stop the excellent counter attack is conjecture. The only fact we know is it was Ramseys bad pass that allowed them the attack.

Cogito ergo sum..... It was Ramseys fault.

Don't you just love football, full of opinions. I wonder what you really think or if you even care?
Have to agree to disagree I'm afraid :ayatollah:

Can't disagree with a fact though can we. He actually did give the ball away to the senegalese to score from. Whether the defence could do any better is down to opinion, but that is besides the point in this instance.

I know your desperately clinging on to this thread but without opinion what would forums be worth? And then what sideline would you do then? Getting a pasting on another thread I see. Don't worry you get my vote ;)

Opinions are welcome, but an opinion can't negate a fact.

No pasting, just people talking about me rather than their club. Says a lot don't you think....

Opinion can't negate fact, but the only fact is Ramsey lost the ball. You saying that cost the goal is opinion

Well no as it's the only factual mistake that gave them the opportunity to attack, the rest is what ifs.

What ifs = opinion. So as I said Ramsey gave it away, whether it caused the goal is opinion. Some have said Taylor was at fault for not following the run. Opinions you see.

Repeat this answer as necessary as it will stand all night. I'm off to cast my vote :D :ayatollah:

Yep that opinion is fine, it's conjecture.

The fact is Ramsey gave them the attack with his sloppy passing. His fault.

The rest is up for debate.
