I had a call from the one and only Jordan Belfort (THE wolf of Wall Street). He is touring Australia doing business seminars and invited me to his Brisbane function on 23rd of June after reading a piece about my business in some locally and recently released business literature. A complete honour.

Jordan Belfort ripped off thousands and thousands of honest, hard working, low income families. He wasn't a cavalier Robin Hood who robbed off the rich, he purposely destroyed the lives of ordinary families. And you think that's a complete honour? You need to get your morals realigned, sharpish.

As for respecting him - well first of all the film was heavily sensationalized and if you YouTube 'Stratton Oakment party' you will see him at one of his not so legendary parties trying to give a speech with no one listening or caring.

You have obviously watched the film and knocked one out over the antics of Belfort, but to call meeting the c**t an honour is a really cringable embarrassment, especially as he only has contacted you as he needs to sell tickets to his seminar. You have made yourself look silly cunto.

It makes no difference if he used it for fraudulent purposes, thats not why i admire him. I admire him for his business brain and entrepreneurial-ship. He made millions upon million of legitimate money too, not sure why everyone keeps harping on about stuff that makes no difference what so ever.

Like I said, tyson used his boxing skills badly and hurt people outside of the ring - he was still a great boxer and an honour for any up and coming fighter if he rang them personally to attend a meeting. Simple as that. You don't have to like the bloke or agree with their actions to admire their talent.

Im sure some are very interested by the thread, thousands upon thousands of views and on to the 7th page suggest this to be the case. However people often manifest interest by abuse and venting frustrations - just look at the comments on youtube when a new one direction video comes out, full of jealous adolescent male teens venting their anger

As for the second part - You are continually missing the point.

Of course its ok to overlook it as im not God on judgement day or a judge in court with him put before me or indeed next to him at the altar ready to state our vows I have absolutely no interest in his criminal activity, its not what im interested in, not affected by them and can do nothing about them. He is one of the greatest salesmen and natural businessmen Wall Street has EVER seen and likely to see again. Im in the investment business - it is very case specific and he is a great in that field, he got greedy and used his brilliant sales mind to con. But for the umpteenth time, thats not my interest, concern or problem.

Hitler was one of the best leaders in terms of galvanising and controlling a nation - this doesnt get taken away from him because he made evil decisions. If hitler wanted to meet me i would again be over the moon as i think he would be fascinating also, not really in my field of work but would be fascinating all the same

If Stephen Hawkin went on a wheelchair based rampage and killed a thousand people with his telescope - he would STILL be one of the mist gifted minds the planet has ever seen, and for any bussing scientist it would be an honour to meet him.
