Giggs, the 40 year old who apparently doesnt play much anymore, played in over 30 games last season and won a league title.

Apparently not as good as the great Nathan Dyer though who struggles to adapt to taking his man on the inside rather than the outside

Yes Dyer is better than Giggs, by some distance. You wont find many Premier LEague clubs wanting to take Giggs on as a winger if he decided he wanted to leave. You would have to get in line if Dyer became available.
