The polo shirt samples were good, I'm looking into where I stand with not overstepping copyright. As I'm just about to start setting up my business, I don't want to be pulled for copyright and out of business before I start. Will let everyone know when I know where I stand. Thanks all.

At this moment Karl is checking out where he stands on the copyright issue, as soon as he has a definite answer then we will have an update.

Looks Like ill have to let this design go as it won't look any good without a bluebird badge, and apparently the design of the bird itself since its still on the current badge, has some copyright. Sorry guys, but as I'm just starting up the Tshirt business I don't want to get done straight away. There will be other designs coming soon which hopefully will be On general sale.

Any chance of doing a deal with the club? These would sell for fun in the club shop and if you get a cut then happy days. I wouldn't let this go just because of a copyright issue.

I think that's a good idea. Judging by the replies on this thread there is a lot of interest in them.
Definitely worth speaking to someone at the club about the possibility.
