Cardiff, absolutely battered second half. Leeds deserved a point. Still gutted with the same old, giving away points in last few minutes. Overall a very positive performance over the shit we've been watching over the last few seasons. Good effort

Plenty of positives , we were hanging on 2nd half ! But it was a game off two halves .
Leeds fans cheering a draw against a side that just escaped relegation last season. We will be ok this season .

Most of us would have taken a draw before a ball was kicked and I had £5 on a Bluebird win, so ultimately disappointing...!
FINAL SCORE: LEEDS UNITED 2 - 2 CARDIFF CITY (
90 mins + 6)
Bluebird scorer: Bowler (23 mins), Ugbo (39 mins)
I had a fiver on us to win as well Chris, as it was with Bet365 they paid me when we went 2 goals up!
Even the most optimistic would have been happy with a draw today, Leeds will be there or there about at the end of the season.
The team looks a lot more solid than last year and they all seem to know their roles. Well done Erol.

The manager has done great in a short spae of time.
We need a few more quality players.
Striker midfield defence.

Yes, I am grateful for a point today at Leeds, but that equaliser was always coming. Why, oh why did we decide to defend all of the second half, especially as Leeds scored so early into it? We were asking for trouble, and despite heroic displays by some of our players, I believe Bulut’s tactics were mystifying and wrong. We attacked very little in the first half, but when we did, we caused some chaos in the Leeds defence. Ugbo, apart from his well taken goal and set up for Bowler, did nothing for most of the match. The same applies to Grant and Etete did more work in the short time he was on, than the other two put together.
If this is what we have got to look forward to under Bulut, then it is going to be another long, nail biting season!

Because we had to.

Why did we have to? Could have altered our set up to stem their possession and pressure. We sat back too much and just allowed them to come forward. We did well to survive until two minutes from the end.

They piled forward mate. Ayling went on the wing and they outnumbered us. If we’d gone for them they’d have got the second goal a lot earlier and possibly got a third imo. We had something to protect so couldn’t afford to throw too many forward when it went to 1-2.
