I'd imagine anyone wanting to wear their red shirt is rather put off by all the protests. You don't want to be a (literal) red rag to a bull when you just want to enjoy the game.

You're right MJW! It's nt only myself who feel like that but other's have made similar comments on here.

My son just loves supporting the city. He wore his red kit to a training camp they were running only for a woman to make a comment to him. It's not on!

My brother bought me a red shirt for Christmas and I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it down the ground. I just want to enjoy the game and get behind my team and not be involved in any nuisance with fans who clearly detest red.

For the record, I'd prefer blue but ultimately love the City whatever they play in.
