Spot on.
Which is why I said initially any bungs would surely be to Moody and not Malky. Moody was the one that brokered the deals and not Malky.

I was involved in finance (which included Cardiff City) for many years, and players contracts became an issue for club finance experts, solicitors and agents rather than coaches.
While I have no inside knowledge or contacts now, and can only guess what may have happened, I would be surprised if any managers have any major input as far as players contracts are concerned. I doubt whether they would have the time or expertise, and are there mainly to concentrate on the playing side of things rather than working on employment terms and conditions. This is just an opinion based on my involvement quite a while back.

CraigCCFC wrote:Of course the manager wouldnt be sat in the room negotiating, i never said that. He would however have constant contact regarding wages offered/wages requested, how much his budget would be affected. The fact the manager has to ok any deals makes him more likely to be in on any "bung"

The manager, already highly paid, wouldn't want his work hampered for the sake of a bung. Malky had a large survival bonus waiting on survival. I refuse to believe he would be the subject of such goings on, or any premier league manager in this day and age for that matter.

You claimed to have detailed knowledge of the way Cardiff City's transfer dealings were conducted this summer. You claimed this knowledge was as a result of contacts within Welsh football.
Here is this very simple question again:
Did your sources have first hand knowledge of Cardiff City's transfer dealings this summer?

You've also used "board" instead of "bored".... Not even you can wriggle out of that and say it's a typo.

you are struggling with the question because you arent entirely sure of the information you are after. I told you I know how who's roles are what in the transfer dealings and I highly doubt Malky is party to any bung allegation.
You have taken that information and decided to ask "do your sources have first hand information on transfer dealings" - ive asked for clarification into which aspect of the transfer dealings as there are many facets - yet you dont seem to know.
Not more i can do but continue to ask you to clairify.
I am bored with the spurious analogies that distract from the point being discussed, the allegations of obsession made against anyone who dares question the validity of anything you say.
Martyn, please dont call it "allegations" when mentioning your obsession. On your last username you had 450 posts with 425 about me, under your new username you have nearly 40 posts and only 6 (yes six) ARENT about me
its an observation, not an allegation.
As for distracting from the point, couldn't be further from the truth, im asking you to clarify what you are asking me. So far you are unable to do so.
The owners of this message board obviously rely on your pontificating for hits! I really couldn't care less!
Bored today so I thought I would have a little "pop" been betting on where your replies would go ! The number of cliches has been very rewarding!

why would anyone want a bung.............you put a name in..but its same thing in all walks of life..
WHY.............that one word sums you up pal.......WHY.
you must live a very narrow life.........one of them people that keeps asking while watching a film, can you explain that......
must go,i have WORK to do........maybe even bungs to give....
try watching the film back to school, its a comedy not factual, but its also a sort of how bungs work for beginners lesson too.
Maybe bold may help...
