But you haven't. :laughing6:

Moaning about Monk being out, when the back four was at full strength today.

Again, you seem to be confused between first team and first choice.

Lamar & Tiendalli were both in the team today. Lamah even played.

Priceless.

Re: Spurs all over jacks

Sun Jan 19, 2014 8:54 pm

Shelvey, Tiendalli and Lamah all in todays squad.

Monk cant get in the squad when fit anyway

That leaves 6, for one game.

Yet that has left the rest if the squad flogged :laughing5:

Lamah was not fit and only came on due to another injury. Tiendalli was there to make up the numbers as he also isn't fit.

This really is getting tedious now Baz.

You can't moan about players not being available, when they play. :laughing5:

You all seem very reluctant to answer the question of how you would have coped with the injuries we've had :laughing6:

You still haven't answered your question yet.

We've worked out that you've had six players out for one game... But yet to see where 8/9 players have been unavailable for more than one game.

:?

Do you want me to list them again? I'll even leave Lamah out for you.

1 Vorm
2 Canas
3 JDG
4 Monk
5 Dyer
6 Hernandez
7 Tiendalli
8 Michu
and now
9 Shelvey

Tiendalli was on the bench but wasn't fit. Not sure how many times I've got to post that for you to grasp it.

Christ this thread has become tedious.

Yep, he was on the bench. Therefore he was available for selection & cannot be classed in your unavailable for selection group. As was Lamah & Shelvey played.

Re: Spurs all over jacks

Sun Jan 19, 2014 9:07 pm

Since the first 15 games of last season the jacks have averaged a point a game. May be enough to stay up but generally such a return puts you in the thick of relegation. Blame injuries now, but what about the last 23 games of last season?

Yep both played with injuries due to us having no other options whatsoever resulting in Shelvey aggravating his further and having to go off.

Re: Spurs all over jacks

To summarise NJ73 cannot back up his claim 8 / 9 first teamers out and the rest of the squad are getting "flogged"

Long term injuries to 2 x outfield first XI and thats the excuse for their form :laughing6:

This after claiming ore season they have strength in depth and could field 2 different teams of prem quality :laughing6:

Even if you have got 8/9 out for just the one game then field the other team :laughing6:

Chuckles dear, You still have not answered the Schumacher meeting question, really cant understand why you would say such things unless you are fantasist,

Any links to say Tiendalli and Lamah were unfit?

Im leaving this forum. The influx of dunces has well and truly done it for me. Annis needs to put an IQ test on this forum fast otherwise the end is nigh.

I'll be back in July to laugh at you preparing for the Championship NJ73 but for now I must go for your verbal diarrhoea is painful to take in.

JDG, Hernandez, Michu, Dyer, Canas & Vorm would all be in the first choice starting 11.

As I said in a previous post, try taking that many key players out of your side for any sort of prolonged period and see where you'd be.

Could only name 6 earlier in the thread and theres that prolonged period suggestion again.

Clutching at straws springs to mind especially as JDG and Canas have only missed 2 and 1 games respectively.

We obviously either have a better training regime or don't buy so many injury prone players, stop making excuses it is what it is, you've been lucky with injuries the last few seasons.....

We have seen a marked improvement since Shelvey and Bony have been up top. So in a way its been a blessing.

Our injury problems are on the wing and in defence generally. So him being back doesnt help us much.

Injury problems In defence :? 8 defenders in team / squad today and your first choice back 4 all started,

An improvement in consolation goals maybe but no improvement in points.

Yes defence has been a major problem. We arent talking about one game are we? Tiendalli, davies, vorm, williams and rangel have all been sidelined in recent weeks. Not to mention the defensive midfielder canas.

Since Michu has been out we have stopped playing him up front (obviously). This has allowed Bony to step in and hes been one of the best strikers in the premier league in the last 5 games.

So if you are asking would you want Michu back if it meant he would be picked ahead of Bony then my answer is - no thanks.

Re: Spurs all over jacks

Sun Jan 19, 2014 10:43 pm

That wasnt my question and why would he be picked ahead of Bony if hes a midfielder? :laughing6:

Interesting a Jack put a stat up earlier and Bony goals have only gained you 1 point in the PL.
