Mason does a good job in the championship mate

he does indeed and not to bad in the prem - i'm at xmas 2014-15 season had a good first year in the prem finished 9th, TG gave me 25 mill for the season. still have whitts, kimbo, connelly, marshall, joe lewis, mason, mutch(he's developed quality) etien, kev mc and taylor(back ups)...bellers retired i wanted to keep him as a coach but his man managment skills were 1 lol

gunner wouldn't sign a new contrtact wanted 48k per week and wouldn't move and as mutch was playing way better so i stripped him of being capt and left him to rot in the reserves

apart from some young regens i've brought in Adryan first season and trained him MC - DLP, got yaya sanogo free at the end of his contract, kenny tete a young RB, some russian CB/LB, some guy caller royer from ajax as LM but the best player i've bought is jores okore he's a beast.

i'm playing a 4-4-2 on the counter and doing ok am mid table atm

Where do you play mutch to get the best out of him what role? He was on loan at Celtic last season and seems much better since he come back, also your formation isit set to counter as your style of play or just ticked counter near the bottom of the options?

i play mutch as DLP - D on right centre midfield(i worked a bit on his defence) paired with Adryan as AP-s on his left with kimbo on left wing with attack duties and some young wonderkid regen on right wing with attack duties...yeah i have a rigid 4-4-2 set on counter with the right striker as a complete forward as the link(mason does ok but i bought sanogo for this role) and then i rotate mason and etien as the poacher - mason is better rated but etien seems to score more

Oooh 10 million, have you just got into the prem or have already stayed up once? Is sell him tbh! Can get better in for 10M, I sold Maynard for 5.5M and got in chamakh havnt started my first season in the prem yet so I'm hoping its going to be a decent bit of business!

Like you normally play it but others are involved also in real time with your game, theres a chat box for all to talk, as for game play well normally a few minutes but you need everyone to continue for the game to carry on but it shows whos not clicking continue as theres a box showing who your waiting for to hit the button. I've never done an online game before untill i set this one up lastnight so its all new to me but thats what i know so far.

I might jump on there tomorrow. I had an FM save on my old laptop but got a new one now, just downloaded Steam so I need to install the game again. Is there any way I'll still be able to use my old save?

Played a few pre season games and Maynard is awful for me. Playing him as an AF alongside either Mason or Etien who score for fun.

Any final tips for playing as City because I can't be arsed to read the whole thread

its really pissing me off now. 5 times i've tried new games created new tactics each time and every time after ten games ive usually only ever won 3. apart from my first save which after 5 wins i think it was we lost something like twelve straight. also i have no idea how to work the training setup

Has anyone playing as Cardiff ever had serious trouble with injuries? I've had Marshall, Hudson, McNaughton, Smith, Conway, Maynard and Velikonja all injured in the space of 2 months. The training workload is medium and the players are happy with their level of training, and I always rotate if a player gets tired.

Also my players constantly shoot from stupid distances, any way I can sort that out?

I'm just about to start my 3rd season, In my first I got promoted to prem in 2nd place, and I also won the FA cup, the 2nd season I came 4th, and also won the Euro cup (Uefa), also I've just signed Isco! I find that a basic 4-4-2 works best, with very fluid an attacking philosophy. Smith is a quality CF and also with Maynard and velikonja and mason just rotate as poacher, I have 2 wingers and all my midfielders are set to support.

I've had periods when you I've had a lot of players out, think it happens sometimes.. Try getting physios with high physio stat and get a good fitness coach in maybe, and like u say rotate and don't burn ur players out

I got it, only played it a few times. They got loads of information wrong, for us anyway. There's a goalkeeper for us that I've never even heard of
