I'd think it would need around 20k to be taken seriously.

Or 12k all with ST fan numbers, would have make it interesting.

KCB Wanted direct action and no compromise. What Chuckles is doing is keeping it moderate to entice the pro re branders happy. As they are the one's that excepted it reluctantly. We need a voice to show that we won't roll over. Because we excepted this so easily the nickname will be the next to go because we have shown there is no opposition ! So is that right ? How far would it have to go before you make a stand ?
Everyone was terrified that VT would pack his suitcase if we objected before but now he is in far to deep to pack and run so the fear factor has gone. We can now make our concerns heard. VT to try and recoup this mess needs to get us to the Prem and he can't slow down now can he. Lets now be heard,

Would some of you be willing to go on other clubs messageboards to really get the message out about this petition? We could get thousands of signatures if we make fans of other clubs aware of this. Every football fan knows what's happened to us can happen at their club with the growing millionaire, foreign owners getting involved.

Great idea

The petition definitely needs an advertising boost. Over 600 signatures in a few days from just this message board is a very good start but it needs a wider platform to grow. The idea of putting it on other message boards is a good one. I think you would get a lot of empathy from similar blue clubs and ones effected by foreign ownership eg Portsmouth, Birmingham, Chelsea etc.

Is there a facebook group? I know there's a twitter page which seems to be doing pretty well, hopefully it has a snowball effect and blows up in a few days. Other clubs that would be best to advertise on would be Pompey, Brum, Blackburn, Coventry, other blue clubs, or clubs who have had owner trouble.
