If we needed any proof of how delusional, bitter and jealous you lot really are then this thread is it. Only thing that counts at the moment is us being light years ahead of you on and off the pitch. That may change in years to come but at the moment you can have no argument, despite how much you cling to us entering a cva or attendances we are the best club in Wales and ate getting national and international recognition for our style of football kills you. You only have to read the shit City Gent and Wits post.

Your Wales second team, deal with it.

Looks like you have been taking spelling lessons from Swansealad69 or have you been on the glue?

Anyway you might be temporarily above us but history says that wont last.

You clearly have an insecurity complex which is why you feel the need to post on here. Sad really when you should be enjoying a good start to the season.

Ancient history maybe, but as I saw my first game in 78 I have known more seasons when we have finished above you than the other way round, and to be honest these days our club is all about making history not recalling it.

Technically correct as they have been in receivership once in 80s and a CVA in early 00s. Without CVA they would not be in current situation which is why I get pissed off with people saying how well run they are.

you're really better off waiting for something to take the piss out of you keep banging on about an 11yr old debt which at the time was handled within all the rules ,
we were badly run for years and it took supporters like jenkins , nurse ,martin morgan etc to step in and basically save the club for going out of business , if your fans had taken action against sam when he started spunking millions instead of treating him like the second coming you would'nt be in the shit you are now , but the promise of success and you were caught hook line and sinker and listened to any old bollocks
deja vous springs to mind

But they are well run. Surely you can't base their current way of running their club on what a previous owner did over a decade ago?

Who knows if they would be where they are without their CVA? It wasn't for much money any way was it?

Mel Nurse took the main hit through the CVA...His book is essential reading and he played a part in saving us twice. As for the current board at Swansea, couldn't ask for more from them.

It was a rocky road to where we are now, but if the lessons of the past have been learned, that's good enough for me.

Yes they are well run but only because they got rid of debt (legally) in a way that was wrong and has proven to be wrong by points deductions coming in.

I would be rich if i paid off my mortgage by paying Santander 5p in £ instead of the full amount. I would then be able to afford nice holidays etc..... Sadly i have to pay £1k a month for next however many years meaning my family cant have as many luxuries as i would like.

In other words had Swansea had to pay off their debt in full (or service it) they would not have been able to finance signings of the players who got them out of dungeon and onto route of current success. This is why the club will never get any credit from me for their achievements.

You have every right to ask Santander if they will accept your offer. If they refuse you either face paying the agreed amount or having to seek other means in order to survive such as an IVA.

Swansea got into debt by the simple running of the club. It was not lavish spending, it was simply the cost of running a football club. Us on the other hand are now nearly in £100m of debt and are keeping on borrowing just to stay afloat knowing full well we can't afford to pay it back.

If I was a creditor I'd much prefer someone to pay me back £50 of the 1k I lent them rather than them borrowing that amount every month for the next few years gambling with it to try and pay me back ending up Le ding them 25k with only a slim hope of getting it back.

You are also personifying a club which is a ,irate made by many. Swansea didn't get themselves into debt, a particular owner did a human being. He is accountable for the decisions of the perceived club and not the establishment themselves. Lat time I checked bricks mortar and footballs cat make decisions.

A group of men... Supporters rather, fought off the owner who was rinsing the club and have ensured the safety of their football club by running the club properly ever since.

This is to be applauded not used as a stick to beat them with. Well done them, if only we hd the foresight to do the same instead of letting greed eat us up. Now look at us.

I await the predictable jack retort.
