Just one point made earlier and what I have stated previously. Sam is owed the money by Cardiff City FC/Holdings whatever, he cannot take the club to court for two reasons one the club has no money and two he would have to prove as an unsecure creditor that the money is owed, ok he may have paperwork , but again the club "Has no money"
Annis in regard to the turning the debt into equity, if VT did that before paying Sam off, then VT as sole owner of the club, would be liable for Sam's debt, so there is no way in the world that VT is going to do that. Would you make yourself liable for a debt of £24m or whatever it is, if you didn't have to?

So far all that has happened in the last 2yrs our debt has increased to well over £83 mill and our identity stripped from us.
We have been promised now for well over a year that the loans will be turned in to Shares, this was promised at the last Shareholders meetings, as yet this has not happened, plus this is the 3rd year that promotion has been promised(at the Shareholders meetings) by TG. Now a lot of our fans have only accepted the rebranding on the condition of a debt free club, we shall await the out come.

Many say call Sams bluff go to court, some Say Forenstic accountants, some say let Vt deal with him he is so powerful. Hmm

Annis,
even you must have had a titfull of all this.., surely it needs sorting once and for all.

It would be very interesting to have both sides of the argument, but thats probably never going to happen.
Thats why I think that they may as well take the gloves off and go head to head and sort it once and for all., otherwise we have another 3 to 4 years of this bollox.

Steve,

I am totally fed up of it all and all I want is what is good for Cardiff City. :ayatollah:
But I think once again Taffy apple going to be in for a shock.

Well regardless of all the back room lawyers on here, the only fact is that none of us are in possession of all the facts.

We all want best for the club, and I believe it will all come good (I am the optomistic type).

Regardless of the facts, which I have very little knowledge of, the assumption I come too is that both parties stand to lose a lot if they do not find a resolution and therefore it is more about when, than if....

My opinion, which normally isn't worth much, is that Sam cannot afford to lose £10m and would be taking a gamble if he does not come to an out of court agreement. VT can obviously afford to lose out on money invested to date but, he is a businessman, so I would say cool and calculated and will not want to throw good money down the drain.

Frustrating as f**k, and playing on all our minds, but it will get sorted.

Have a good holiday, and turn your computor off.

I hope Carl and his Family have a great Holiday too. but doesnt get away from the fact ,that there are two sides to every story , and I believe Carl only has Sams.
