Not saying stats don't play a part but they don't tell the full story. Time will tell about wilshere but I think you're in the minority. We will see.
And I think hazard chose Chelsea, not man utd choosing kagawa over him. Let's see how the two players perform over the season and reconvene once they turn out on the pitch.

Hazard chose Chelsea after United had already had a bid for Kagawa turned down. They wanted Kagawa before Hazard and bid for him first. Then Hazard came out and said he wanted to go to Chelsea and they turned their attentions to Modric (nothing materialised plus Modric has gone AWOL and wants to go Madrid) then Lucas Moura, yet nothing has materialised though United & Sao Paulo are in negotiations.
